EP #037: Why LinkedIn Matters More Than Ever for CEOs

Short answer? Yes—if you do it right.

The longer answer? LinkedIn is the single best low-effort, high-impact way to:
✅ Attract high-value clients and partners
✅ Stay top of mind with decision-makers
✅ Build trust at scale

Yet most executives either ignore it or use it ineffectively.

Here’s an example that illustrates the power of doing it right.

🚀 How Two LinkedIn Posts Created a Year’s Worth of Pipeline
Meet Keziah—founder of a fractional Chief of Staff service, Vannin Chief of Staff. She posted twice on LinkedIn. Within weeks, those two posts generated enough inbound leads to fill her entire sales pipeline for a year.

What did she do right?

1️⃣ She had a clear audience: CEOs hiring or managing Chiefs of Staff.
2️⃣ She shared insights, not self-promotion: She educated her audience, never selling directly.
3️⃣ She posted in a way that fit LinkedIn’s algorithm: Hook-driven, skimmable, and engaging.

As a result, her network—ex-colleagues, clients, and prospects—re-engaged with her. Some reached out immediately. Others forwarded her content to decision-makers.

That’s the hidden power of LinkedIn: your network is full of opportunities—you just need to remind them that you exist.
